Qinqin (Stella) Yang is a creative strategist and builder working across AI-native creative development, product innovation, and venture building. She turns emerging technologies and cultural shifts into experiences, systems, and new business propositions that can be tested and developed in the real world. Her work moves from opportunity framing and creative direction through rapid prototyping, product and experience design.
杨沁沁（Stella Yang）是一位致力于 AI 原生创意开发的策略师和实践者，工作涵盖产品创新与新业务开发。她关注如何从新兴技术和文化变化中发现机会，并将其转化为可以在真实场景中测试、迭代和持续发展的体验、系统与新业务。她既参与前期的机会判断和创意策略，也参与快速原型、产品与体验设计。
Through her practice Actual Fiction, she partners with creative leaders and multidisciplinary teams to develop AI-native systems, workflows, and creative infrastructure. The practice spans creative strategy and direction, product innovation and experience design, creative R&D and rapid prototyping, venture development and business-model exploration. Across these areas, she combines strategic framing with hands-on development to help teams move from an emerging opportunity to a working proposition and a credible path toward implementation.
她以 Actual Fiction 为实践平台，与创意负责人及跨专业团队共同开发 AI 原生系统、工作流程和创意基础设施，涵盖创意策略与方向、产品创新与体验设计、创意研发与快速原型，以及新业务开发与商业探索。她深度参与从早期探索到具体方案形成的整个过程，包括机会定位、确定创意方向、制作快速原型，以及塑造产品体验和业务模式。
Earlier in her career, she worked in senior creative planning at OUTPUT — leading creative work for clients including Tencent, The Palace Museum, and Burberry. As an independent creative based in Tokyo and beyond, she has contributed to projects for clients including Transsion, Uniqlo, LVMH, and Boston Scientific. She also served as Senior Experience Designer with the mobile innovation team at J.P. Morgan Chase, joined the Creative Science Track at NEW INC under the New Museum, and led Strategic Partnerships for the Global Design Futures Network. Besides, she holds several patents.
